Church Day Camp

WELCOME TO OUR 2023 DAY CAMP !

June 14, 15 & 16, 2023.

We are excited for our 2023 camp year! The theme for this year is “Still waters run deep.” We will have 3 days full of fun activities and formative lessons.

Camp begins each day at 9AM. Please be prompt at arrival and pick-up times. Upon arrival, make sure your child goes to a Camp Director and makes his/her presence known. Check at the end of each day for the scheduled events for the following day.

Children under the age of 5 are welcome, however, must be accompanied by a parent, family member, or designated adult.

In the event your child has a particular personal need of medical or emotional nature, please make them known to the Camp Director/Staff.

Church Camp Staff are all volunteers. Parental support and parishioner support is always welcome. Monetary donations or food and services are greatly appreciated.

I AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE CHURCH OR CHURCH CAMP STAFF MEMBERS FINANCIALLY LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES THAT MAY OCCUR. I HEREBY AUTHORIZE THE CAMP DIRECTOR TO HAVE MY CHILD TREATED BY MEDICAL AUTHORITIES IN THE EVENT I CANNOT BE REACHED AND IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THIS YEAR’S CAMP SUCCESSFUL. WE HAVE MANY FUN ACTIVITIES PLANNED FOR YOUR CHILDREN AND NEED HELP TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. IF YOU CAN WORK ONE OR MORE DAYS IN ANY CAPACITY WHETHER IT BE KITCHEN HELP, REFEREES, DRIVERS OR CHAPERONES, PLEASE WRITE IN YOUR NAME, MAKE A NOTE WHAT YOU CAN HELP WITH AND WHAT DAYS WORK FOR YOU.
