The St. Elijah Church Sunday School provides lessons for our children that include Christianity, Orthodoxy, and Serbian beliefs, along with traditions and rituals. The children perform special programs throughout the year, including at Badnja Dan (Christmas Eve), Sveti Sava, and Thanksgiving.
Sunday School is held every Sunday from fall to spring; see the schedule above. Children attend the Divine Liturgy and take Holy Communion each week. Afterwards, they go the church basement classrooms for their weekly instruction.
